Refunds & Returns
At The Bday Shop, we want you to love every item you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom-made or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@thebdayshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect caused by us.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at returns@thebdayshop.com.
